In March, Dongguan Lee & Man Paper Factory Co., Ltd was founded by Mr Patrick Lee, the Chairman and Mr Raymond Lee, the CEO, under the laws of PRC as a WOFIE engaging in containerboard manufacturing business.

In May, Lee & Man Paper Mfg. (H.K.) Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong to carry out treasury functions for the Group.

Construction and installation of production facilities commenced at the Dongguan Huangchong plant.

In June, the Group set up a wholly-own subsidiary Lee Kwok (Macao Commercial Offshore) Trading Limited in Macau to facilitate the sourcing of OCC and to carry out treasury functions in respect of the Group's OCC purchases.

In April, the Company was awarded "The World Most Growth Chinese Listed Companies 2009" by World Eminence Chinese Business Association.
In April, the Group received "2008 The Best 30 Pulp and Paper Making Enterprises in China" award from China Paper Association.
In June, the Group received "The 4th Capital Outstanding Paper Manufacturing Corporation from Capital Magazine.
In November, the Group was elected "Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partner (Manufacturing)". The recognition scheme was jointly organized by the Environment Bureau of the HKSAR and the Economic & Information Technology Commission of Guangdong Province.

In February, Hongmei and Huangchong plants were awarded the GB/T23331-2009 certification for energy management system.
In June, the Group's eighteenth production line (PM18) commenced operation at Jiangxi plant, with annual capacity of 320,000 tons of containerboard. -
2014
In July, the Group's twentieth production line (PM20) commenced operation at Chongqing plant, with annual capacity of 320,000 tons of containerboard.
In November, the acquisition of the tissue business was completed. -
2015
The Group established the brand name of its tissue products "Hanky".
The Group's first to fourth tissue paper production line (TM1-4) commenced operation at Chongqing plant, with an annual capacity of 12,500 tons, 12,500 tons, 55,000 tons and 55,000 tons of tissue paper respectively. -
2016
The Group's fifth to eighth tissue paper production line (TM5-8) commenced operation at Chongqing plant, with an annual capacity of 55,000 tons of tissue paper each.
The Group established another brand name of its tissue products "Lee & Man" and started selling the tissue paper products online. -
2017
In June, Lee & Man Paper was selected as one of the top 100 enterprises in China's light industry in 2016, and has been listed as one of the top 100 enterprises in China's light industry for the sixth time in a row. Lee & Man Paper continued to be named "China's Top 10 Paper Industry Enterprises" at the same time.
In July, Lee & Man Paper was selected into the Fortune China 500 in 2017. -
2018
In January, the list of "2017 Guangdong Top 500 Enterprise Competitiveness" was released, and Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Ltd ranked 57th in the top 500, of which Lee & Man Paper became the first in the top 10 list of enterprises in Dongguan.
In November, Guangdong Lee & Man Paper was included in the list of 40 manufacturing enterprises and ranked fourth in the list of "industrial enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign capital". -
2019
In January, Lee & Man Paper was included in the list of "2018 Guangdong Top 500 Enterprises in Competitiveness", ranking first among 23 enterprises in Dongguan.
In May, Lee & Man Paper ranked 18th in the comprehensive list of "2018 Top 100 Light Industry Enterprises" and continued to be named "China's Top 10 Paper Industry Enterprises".
In September, the project of Lee & Man Paper with an annual output of 1 million tons of pulp paper (finished domestic paper) and the whole industrial chain of e-commerce smart logistics officially settled in Chongzuo, Guangxi. -
2020
At the beginning of 2020, the Group assisted in epidemic prevention and control by donating 13 million yuan in funds and materials to mainland and Hong Kong, benefiting social institutions and people in Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Hainan, Hong Kong, and other places.
In June, Chongqing Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Ltd., Chongqing Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Ltd.and Chongqing Lee & Man Pulp Co,Ltd.won the first, second and eighth places respectively in the 2019 "Top 30 Yongchuan Enterprises" list.
In August, Lee & Man Paper continued to be named "China's Top 10 Paper Industry Enterprises". -
2021
In July, Lee & Man Paper was ranked 20th in the list of "2020 China's Top 200 Light Industry Enterprises", and Lee & Man Paper ranked 5th in the paper industry, continued to be named "China's Top 10 Paper Industry Enterprises"
In November, Lee & Man Paper won the second "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise to Pilot the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area" award. -
2022
In July, Lee & Man Paper's major pulp and paper investment project was settled in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, to build a production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons of chemical pulp, 400,000 tons of household paper, 400,000 tons of post processing household paper, and an e-commerce sales and supporting logistics park.
In August, Lee & Man Paper was ranked 25th in the list of "2021 China's Top 200 Light Industry Enterprises", and continued to be named "China's Top 10 Paper Industry Enterprises". -
